How do I sign up?

You will be contacted by us and sent participation documents to sign. When the participation documents are returned you will be contacted by an account manager from the respective companies from which you intend to purchase. They will assist you in establishing your individual accounts with their companies, set up internet access and enable you to begin purchasing.

Why do I have to sign a participation document?

It is a standard practice with most businesses to have a document that clarifies the nature of your purchasing relationship directly with the suppliers, explaining the relationship of the parties involved, etc.

Can I get a price comparison for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals?

If desired, we can provide you with a quote of the items of interest to you. We pride ourselves on presenting an accurate pricing picture and the best way to do that is by an item to item comparison. In order to do so we request three months of your latest detailed invoices so we can quote you from our established price list. An account assistant will research the price quotes and provide a spreadsheet that shows the price comparisons as well as savings in the aggregate.

Do I have to send invoices?

The provision of invoices is only necessary for us to give you an accurate price quote. Otherwise, you can sign up immediately and begin receiving discounted prices as you order.

When can I start ordering?

Upon completion of the participation documents given to you for participation in The Perfect Purchase, Inc.® accounts will be established by you with the companies you wish to purchase directly from. Once that occurs, you may begin ordering.

Do I have to order online?

No, but it is efficient and cost-effective to do so. There are value added benefits such as a shopping list of your frequently ordered items that you simply check off to add to your cart. In addition, certain companies, like McKesson, offer additional savings in the form of credit rebates for online customers.
